Water: it is the basis of all organisms here on Earth, and is constantly overlooked because it is so ubiquitous. I am fascinated with the relationship between water and its environment, specifically in a natural setting. This series strives to deconstruct the different forms of water by removing major environmental clues and instead, turning the focus on the space instead of the place. I rely upon specific moments to create my images; inspired by fragments of light and reflections, textures, and the many movements that water has to offer. As the phenomena of water is constantly changing, my aims are to leave the viewer with a set of moments that give higher significance to such an undefinable element.
